• Delivery times for orders are between 8am - 8pm. In rare instances, the courier may offer you a timeslot between 6am - 8am, or 8pm - 10pm. If you choose not to accept, the courier will arrange an alternative timeslot in the following days.
• Our driver will call ahead of delivery to ensure someone is at the property to receive the goods. If the call is not accepted, delivery will not be attempted, and a re-delivery charge will be applicable.
