Unfortunately, due to the complexity of delivering flooring, we cannot service all areas. If your order has items weighing more than 85kg individually and your postcode is in a location we cannot deliver to, the website will not allow you to complete your purchase. However, if there is an alternative postcode you can receive delivery from, please get in touch.

Important Delivery Information

• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, which you should use as a reference in any correspondence.

• Please ensure when placing your order that you provide a mobile number and email address. Failure to provide correct information will prevent us from providing information regarding your order.

• Delivery times for orders are between 8am - 8pm. In rare instances, the courier may offer you a timeslot between 6am - 8am, or 8pm - 10pm. If you choose not to accept, the courier will arrange an alternative timeslot in the following days. 

• Our driver will call ahead of delivery to ensure someone is at the property to receive the goods. If the call is not accepted, delivery will not be attempted, and a re-delivery charge will be applicable. Re-delivery charges are individually calculated based on factors such as delivery address and order weight. 

• We provide a kerbside delivery service unless stated otherwise. It is important that someone is at the property at the time of delivery in order to accept the goods. Any access issues that may prevent delivery must be reported immediately.

• Depending on the size of the order, the driver may also need some assistance (typically for large cuts over 70kg).

• Larger loads may have a surplus charge added. We’ll let you know if this applies to your order when contacting you regarding your delivery.

• If you need to change your delivery date after it has been confirmed, please let us know as soon as possible. Any requested delivery changes within 72 hours of the assigned delivery date may incur a small charge.

If you live in an apartment block where lift access is not possible, or if your order will not fit in a lift, for carpet or vinyl orders our delivery drivers will climb a maximum of two flights of stairs towards your property, subject to access issues. If your order contains pallet packed products such as laminate, LVT or engineered wood, the drivers will only deliver to the kerbside.

It is important that you do not arrange a fitter before you receive the items in case there are any complications on the delivery day.

Express Select A Day Delivery

We are excited to offer our Select a Day Delivery service for a more convenient delivery experience. Please read the important details below to ensure you fully understand how the service works.

• Delivery of Accessories: If your order includes accessories along with flooring, all items will be delivered together on the selected delivery day.

• Subject to Availability: Select a Day Delivery is subject to availability in your area.

• Price Information: The price for Select a Day Delivery is dependent on the items in your order and the delivery postcode. You can view the exact delivery price and available dates at checkout, or you can contact our sales team for assistance.

• Eligibility: Please note that not all postcodes are eligible for Select a Day Delivery. If your postcode is eligible, it will be displayed at checkout.

• Tracking Information: Once your order has been processed and handed over to our delivery partner, SGK, you will receive a tracking number from them via email. Typically, this tracking number will be available prior to the day of your delivery.

• Access: Where access is possible, our delivery drivers may deliver your goods to your room of choice. Where access is not possible, they will provide a kerbside delivery service. It is important that someone is at property at the time of delivery to accept the goods. Any access issues that may prevent delivery must be reported immediately. The decision of room delivery is solely at the discretion of the delivery drivers and we are not able to influence this.

• Apartment Delivery: If you live in an apartment block where lift access is not possible, or if your order will not fit in a lift, our delivery drivers will climb a maximum of two flights of stairs towards your property, subject to access issues.

• Product Safety: Under no circumstances will the drivers bend any goods, or take the goods through your property.

• Large Orders: For any cuts 24sqm or above, the delivery drivers will require assistance to deliver the goods. 

Additional Order Verification

In rare instances, if:

A.) Our system flags an order as potentially fraudulent

B.) The shipping address is different to the billing address

We will email you to ask for proof of address and identification. The delivery times stated above will apply from the time we have received the requested information.
